The M. Anderson Archive

Welcome to The Archive! Every author has a beginning, and this is where my journey started.

Here, you will find my earliest works—the stories and characters that paved the way for the deep, emotional romances I write today. My author journey began on Wattpad in 2020. This is where these books were originally published, written chapter by chapter without the formal editing process you see the result of in my most recent publications.

While my storytelling style has naturally evolved since these books were first penned, they still hold a very special place in my heart. Consider this a backstage pass to my early days as a writer.

Dive in, get comfortable, and enjoy exploring where it all began!

The House Collection #1: The House

A charming roommate. A hopeless crush. A coming-of-age MM romance full of humor, heart, and heat.

Liam

I didn’t plan on falling for my roommate. I just wanted to survive college without embarrassing myself in front of Morgan—who, for the record, is everything I’m not. He’s confident, charming, and somehow even looks good doing laundry. I keep telling myself it’s just a crush, that the late-night talks and inside jokes don’t mean anything. But every time he smiles at me, it feels less like a phase and more like falling. He's completely out of my depth.

Morgan

Liam’s chaos shouldn’t be my problem, but somehow, it’s become my favorite part of the day. He’s awkward, loud, and way too easy to care about. I’ve had flings before, sure, but nothing that’s ever felt like this—like coming home to someone who actually sees me. The rules were simple: don’t get attached. But with Liam, the line between friendship and something real keeps blurring, and I’m not sure I want to stop it anymore.โ€‹

The House Collection #2: The Cabin

A quiet retreat. A sunshine neighbor. A tender MM romance about first love, healing, and connection.

Julian

I came to the cabin to disappear. No noise, no expectations—just silence and space to finally breathe again. After everything that fell apart, I promised myself I was done with people. Then Owen showed up. The neighbor with too much warmth and not enough sense to leave me alone. He keeps showing up with food, with questions, with that steady smile that feels like sunlight after too many gray days. I should send him away. Instead, I find that I keep letting him in.

THE ROAD TO US COLLECTION

Spicy, heartfelt romances set around a group of Los Angeles motorcyclists working at Phoenix Cycles.

The Road to Us.jpg

The Road to Us Collection #1: The Road to Us

A class clown on a motorcycle. A shy librarian with a guarded heart. A slow burn MM romance about love, healing, and belonging.

Hudson

Colton rides through life like he’s allergic to brakes. Reckless, loud, the kind of beautiful that feels like trouble. I should know better. I’ve spent years choosing silence over risk, libraries over chaos, certainty over the unknown. But he looks at me like the world isn’t something to survive—it’s something to live through, messy and fast. Every time he grins, something in me unlearns caution. Maybe I’m finally ready to stop being the safe choice.

Colton

Hudson’s too careful for his own good, always hiding behind pages and plans while I’m out here chasing wind on two wheels. I never meant to fall for someone who thinks before he breathes, but damn if he doesn’t make me want to slow down. He looks at me like I could be something steadier than a storm, and it scares the hell out of me. Because when the road turns rough and old wounds split open, it’s not the crash that worries me, it’s what happens if he’s the one I can’t outrun.

The Road to Us Collection #2: Playing with Fire

A grumpy/sunshine duo. A motorcycle rally. A slow burn MM romance with sparks, scars, and second chances.

Carlos

The thing about fire is, you never notice how close you’re standing until it burns. Chuck’s that kind of fire—short fuse, sharp tongue, and the kind of stare that pins me in place. He drives me crazy, which would be fine if he didn’t also make me laugh, listen, and look twice when no one else does. I told myself helping him plan this rally was just a favor for a friend. Then the late nights started feeling like something else entirely.

Chuck

I don’t do sunshine. I do engines, late shifts, and keeping my head down. But Carlos has this way of worming into my space, bright and relentless, until I start looking forward to the sound of his laugh more than the roar of my bike. He’s everything I don't deserve. He's soft, open, good. And somehow, he’s the one thing I can’t seem to stay away from.
